We will only do this to see if we can help with any problems you might be experiencing with the form or with our websites. If you provide us with personal information about another person, you should obtain their consent to do so, having informed them of this privacy policy where appropriate. Where you give us someone else's details, for example because you are buying a ticket for them, we will tell them we hold their details, what we use them for and who else receives them, in the e-mail with their ticket, and they can ask us for access to and correction of their information in the same way you can.We automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit our website (such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, and the domain name of your internet service provider).

Offers after checkout
After you complete a ticket purchase, we may show you offers from other organisations on the order confirmation page. These offers are provided through Rokt, an advertising technology company with group companies in the United States and Singapore. The Rokt companies that hold your information are Rokt Pte. Ltd., 80 Raffles Place #32-01, UOB Plaza 1, Singapore 048624, and Rokt US Corp., 175 Varick Street, Floor 10, New York, NY 10014, United States. You can ask Rokt for access to or correction of the information it holds about you at privacy@rokt.com, or ask us and we will pass your request on.
To make this work, we disclose to Rokt your first name, your billing address, the type of payment you used, the payment service that processed it, the reference number for your order, and a scrambled version of your e-mail address. The scrambling cannot be reversed to read your address, but Rokt can match it against the same scrambled address if it already holds one, so Rokt can recognise you if it has seen you before on another site in its network. We do not give Rokt your card number. Rokt uses this information to select the offers shown to you, to action any offer you accept, to measure how its offers perform, and for its own advertising, including recognising you across its network and building audiences for advertisers. Rokt's own privacy policy, available on Rokt's website, describes how Rokt handles personal information.
Disclosing your information to Rokt for these purposes is one of the purposes for which we collect your information when you buy a ticket. We share it with Rokt whenever you buy through a checkout where these offers run. The marketing tick box at checkout covers marketing e-mails only and does not turn this sharing on or off. You do not have to interact with the offers, and whether you do does not affect your ticket purchase.
Will I be contacted for marketing purposes?
You choose at checkout whether to receive offers and news from Flicket by e-mail, and your choice does not affect your purchase. Those e-mails may include offers from other organisations we have selected, but we send them ourselves and do not give those organisations your details. That choice is separate from the offers Rokt shows you after checkout, which are described above and do not depend on it. You can opt out of receiving electronic marketing messages at any time by contacting us, or by using the unsubscribe facility contained in the relevant messages.
Sharing and disclosure of personal information
We will only use your information for the purposes for which it was obtained. We may share your personal information with any of the following:
